Description
Classic VSOP Cognac from Maxime Trijol. The family installed the first still in November of 1859. The company now owns 20 2,500 litre charentais pot stills, and they are one of the largest distillers in Cognac.
Nose of woody, spiced nose. A little hint of smoke, over-ripe fruits. On the palate sandalwood and oak grip meld with marmalade and mixed peels. Spices develop. Finished with honey, peppery finish with sweet spices.
